But going it alone means juggling clients, visits, invoices, policies and compliance, usually on bits of paper. We bring all of that into one friendly place, so the admin never gets in the way of the care.

Why we started
MicroProviders Care began with a simple observation: the carers doing some of the most important work in our communities were being held back by the hardest admin. Talented, trusted people were spending evenings wrestling with paperwork instead of resting.
So we set out to build the tool we wished they had — one tidy place for clients, visits, invoicing, assessments and the safeguarding records that matter, for less than the price of a coffee a month. Now we're rebuilding it from the ground up — relaunching in autumn 2026, better than ever, with new features arriving all the time after that.
