We want everyone to be able to use this website. Here's where we stand, and how to tell us if something isn't working for you.
Last updated 5 August 2026
This statement applies to the MicroProviders Care website at microproviders.care. The site is run by Skette Limited. It does not cover the MicroProviders Care product itself, which launches in autumn 2026 — we will publish a separate statement for the product before then.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We have designed the site with that in mind: it uses semantic HTML and headings in order, text resizes and reflows without loss of content, forms have visible labels and error messages, and we have aimed for sufficient colour contrast throughout.
We have not yet completed a full independent accessibility audit, so we cannot claim full conformance. We know of the limitations listed below, and there may be others we have not found yet.
We treat accessibility problems as bugs. We plan to complete a full WCAG 2.2 AA audit of both the website and the product before launch in autumn 2026, and to fix the limitations above as part of that work. This statement will be updated as things change.
If you find something you can't access, or you need information from this site in a different format — larger print, plain text, or another accessible format — please email info@microproviders.care and tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five working days, and we will do our best to provide what you need in a format that works for you.
The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010 in relation to accessibility. If you contact us with a complaint and you're not happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
This statement was prepared on 5 August 2026 based on an internal review of the site's markup, colour contrast and keyboard navigation. It has not been verified by an external auditor.
