Is there really no contract? ⌄
None at all. You pay month to month and can cancel whenever you like — your account simply stops renewing.
Are there limits on clients or visits? ⌄
No. Everything is unlimited — add as many clients, visits, invoices and assessments as you need. The price stays £4.99 a month.
Do I pay extra for new features? ⌄
Never. We add at least one new feature a month and they’re all included in your membership — like the upcoming Care Needs Assessment tool and online payments.
How does the free trial work? ⌄
From launch, every account starts with a 30-day free trial. Add your real clients and visits, try every feature, and you won’t pay a penny for the first month. If it’s not for you, cancel before day 30 and you won’t be billed.
Will this help with my tax? ⌄
Yes. Most micro providers complete one Self Assessment return a year — keep your income and expenses in MicroProviders Care and you’ll get a running tax estimate and everything your return needs, sorted by HMRC category. If your income passes £30,000 it switches you to quarterly Making Tax Digital updates (mandatory over £30,000 from April 2027 and over £20,000 from April 2028), ready to file through your chosen software. It’s all included at £4.99 a month, at no extra cost.
