The terms that apply when you use MicroProviders Care.
Last updated 6 July 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MicroProviders Care website and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
MicroProviders Care provides software that helps self-employed care micro providers manage their clients, visits, invoicing, assessments and records. We provide the tools; we do not provide care, and we are not a party to any arrangement between a provider and their clients.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login details secure, and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Access to the Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may offer a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and the applicable fee will become payable. We will always make the terms of any trial clear when you sign up.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content and records you create in the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to store and process any personal data about your clients, and for meeting your own obligations as a care provider. We process that data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you.
We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may occasionally need to suspend the Service for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We will give reasonable notice of planned downtime where we can.
The Service, including its software, design, branding and content (other than your own content), belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know by email or through the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
